Wellbeing in the Workplace: MiP’s new guide on wellbeing
MiP has today launched our new workplace guide: Wellbeing in the Workplace. The guide was launched during a session of our annual Summit, focussing on supporting managers and staff with their wellbeing.
The guide is intended as an introduction to wellbeing and to provide an overview of key concepts and issues. It provides signposts to frameworks, resources, and sources of information and advice both within and beyond the NHS.
As mental health reasons are consistently the most reported cause of staff absence in the NHS across all staffing groups, it’s vital that staff wellbeing is being supported.
As well as being of practical use in the workplace, it is hoped it will stimulate conversations – both informal and structured – about the issues involved.
