MiP webinar: Smaller ICSs and what they mean for managers, staff & patients

In conversation with Dame Gill Morgan (Gloucestershire) and Jenni Douglas Todd (Dorset).

Online, Friday 17 September 2021, 12-1pm.

MiP are delighted to be hosting an in depth conversation with Dame Gill Morgan, independent chair of One Gloucestershire ICS, and Jenni Douglas-Todd, independent chair of the Dorset ICS. This is the next in our series of online members’ events  looking at integrated care systems and building understanding about what they mean for managers.

As the ICS model will look different in different places, our webinars are examining the range of emerging models. This conversation, chaired by MiP chief executive Jon Restell, will explore what ICSs will mean for local people, staff and managers in relatively small and stable county-wide systems, built on long established, collaborative relationships. Hear what Jenni and Dame Gill have to say about their visions for local services, the opportunities and challenges, what it will be like to work in the system and the ICS body, and how relationships with the wider health and care system might develop. The session is interactive so you will be able to comment and ask questions.

Register for the webinar on Crowdcast here.
