Are you a manager or senior leader working in the NHS, social care or the independent sector in the UK? Find out if you’re eligible for MiP below.
Who should join MiP
MiP represents healthcare managers throughout the whole of the UK. To be a member of MiP you must:
- Work in NHS at Agenda for Change band 8a or above; or
- Work in the NHS and be a member of the Graduate Management Trainee Scheme; or
- Work in a non-NHS health or care organisation earning a basic salary of £40,000 or above and have a management responsibility
Who our members are
MiP represents managers working in hospitals, ICBs, national bodies and everywhere else in the NHS. If you are Agenda for Change band 8a and above then you are eligible for MiP membership.
Social care managers
MiP represents managers working in domestic care, residential care, local authorities, charities and the private sector. If you work for a social care organisation with a management responsibility then it is likely you are eligible for MiP.
Independent healthcare managers
MiP represents managers working in both the private and voluntary sectors. If you work for a private or voluntary healthcare organisation with a management responsibility then it is likely you are eligible for MiP.
