New edition of Agenda for Change handbook now available

Handbook revised to incorporate important changes to terms and conditions

This new edition of the handbook incorporates the changes agreed by the Staff Council affecting pay progression and the management of sickness absence in England, as well as the injury benefit scheme and new pay rates applicable across the UK.

NHS Employers put forward proposals for changes to the national Agenda for Change agreement.

MiP is consulting members about the proposed changes to Agenda for Change arrangements for pay progression and pay during sickness absence, and urges employers not to jeopardise these discussions by considering a regional approach.
