The Government undertakes not to unilaterally impose new contract while talks continue
The BMA has suspended industrial action planned for tomorrow, Tuesday 1 December, and on 8 and 16 December to allow talks to continue. In return, the Government has given an undertaking not to proceed unilaterally with the imposition of new contracts.
