MiP and other NHS unions call on Hunt to treat NHS workers fairly

MiP members are joining fellow NHS workers on the picket lines today to show their anger at the Government’s refusal to implement the independent NHS Pay Review Body’s recommendation for a 1% cost of living pay rise for all NHS staff. This is the only pay review body that the Government has chosen to ignore. We are calling on Jeremy Hunt to think again, give NHS staff the pay rise they deserve and start meaningful discussions with the health unions about a sustainable pay policy for the future.
